R J Bevilacqua Construction

R J Bevilacqua Construction is a Sandwich-based contractor working excavation, site development, septic and sewer systems, landscape materials, and homebuilding and remodeling across Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. It's led by President and CEO Robert Bevilacqua, and the company's own site describes about 25 years in business. Both written reviews on file are from 2023 and both are five stars. One described the experience as fantastic — every touchpoint was communicated clearly, the crew stayed timeline-oriented, and the main point of contact, Mike, was called a consummate professional. The other, shorter review said the yard was neat and the staff professional. Google shows a 4.7-star rating from 15 ratings. A 2013 Cape Cod Times photo caption shows the company's foreman operating an excavator during the demolition of a Cape Cod business, and court records show a judge granted the company summary judgment in a 2018 lawsuit — the underlying claim isn't detailed in what's on file, but the outcome went in the company's favor. The written record here is thin — just two reviews — so it's worth asking for references on a project similar in scope to what's needed. What's on file paints a consistent picture: organized communication and a well-kept operation.
