Absolute stellar work on my septic installation. Expert knowledge from the strength rating on their hoist chain to payload on each piece of equipment. They re-measured each day (laser level) to ensure everything was aligned and nothing out of spec. Also, my site was difficult - on a hill with steep driveway. Special care was required to work around trees, power line, etc. We had to ensure coordination with the designer and inspector for certain aspects (too much detail to list here) but they made it work. Note: communication and effort on the client side is a must to a successful project and I felt we were more brothers in arms to get the job done. Steve and Bryson are personable and they also have the connections when needing to reach other contractors (tree guy needed ASAP?....done). Grading was finished well and grass is now growing. Steve and his crew were top notch and highly recommended. We needed a hilly backyard leveled which included bringing in a lot of fill and loam. Steve showed up early, leveled the yard, asked questions and set expectations right from the beginning on what could be done vs. what was not feasible. The crew was very respectful of the property and where to dump the materials and mindful of overhead wires and other obstacles including shrubs. He was very knowledgeable about how we should treat our new hydroseeded lawn, and what to do for for maintanance in the next few months as the weather changes. I had heard bad things about using fill in the backyard, but the quality of materials C&S brought in was top notch. In a world where it is sometime impossible to get a contractor to even respond to a message or call, C&S was right there from my first inquiry answering questions, providing an estimate and setting a date for work that kept us on goal of having a new yard to enjoy over the summer. If I ever have another project for C&S, they will be the first we call, and the first we recommend - my neighbors are jealous! Thanks C&S!
