BE CAREFUL THAT THE WORK IS BEING DONE BY THE CONTRACTOR HIMSELF! About a month ago, while getting some work done on my kitchen, I contacted Russell at RKW to come and do some plumbing work, because my contractor's plumber was unavailable for a few days and we didn't want to delay the project. Russell's communication was, at best, sparse, but in the end after sending a few repeated texts, he agreed to come out on a Sunday which we were all appreciative of. Sunday morning, someone who was not Russell showed up. He looked at the work that needed to be done (moving a baseboard heating pipe from one side of a wall to another) and quoted me $1200. My contractor almost threw him out of the house, as the replacement plumber laughed at us. We waited the few days, and the legitimate plumber charged us $400 for the job, as we thought it would cost. So not only did Russell not show up for the job, but he immediately sub-contracted it out to someone who tried to price gouge us, because we appeared to be in need of a plumber that day. If you need a plumber, I have two recommendations for local plumbers that won't take advantage. Stay away!

Great service ! I recently purchased a home and it had a few surprises and the plumber was able to come and assess and give me an Afordable price to fix the issue . Great communication and punctual. He is now my new plumber !
