Amazing experience! I scheduled with Fred, the owner. He went out of his way to accommodate me, as my radon fan was so loud that you could hear it down the street from my house. Ryan came out and replaced the radon fan and reinforced/secured the entire unit, as it had not been properly done before. He also checked the entire system from the basement to the attic. Quick, easy, and affordable. I would highly recommend…and the new fan is completely SILENT! Amazing!

We just had our radon system recently installed and are very pleased with the outcome. The install only took a few hours and adjustments were made so that the system would run with very little noise since it had to be installed near our living room. Just outstanding. Fred made the initial visit and we discussed placement of the system which we were both on the same page about. My radon levels were no where near very high but still just over the limit and we decided to proceed to install a mitigation system considering the plans to finish the basement. Jeff and (I wish I could remember his name) performed the installation and I could not be happier with the whole process. Jeff answered any questions, was extremely professional and informative. I had a very good experience with Radon Diagnostic Services. They were recommended to me and they returned my call quickly, came out to take a look at my home beforehand, no silly or pushy sales tactics from them, they sent me a fair quote quickly, set up a time to do the radon mitigation install, showed up on time, and professionally, cleanly, and efficiently handled the install with no b.s. Our buyer's agent recommended Radon Diagnostic Services, and from our first call and visit with Co-Owner Fred Ghilarducci, we knew the job was in good hands. Co-Owner Jeff Burwell and Ryan did the installation, and together we worked out the best possible location to place the system to keep it as unobtrusive as possible. This was not an easy installation. The best spot for the system was next to our oil tank in a basement closet, up through the garage to keep it out of the way, into the crawl space above the garage to protect the fan and reduce noise and out the top of the garage roof. They measured everything carefully and handled this job like it was their own home. They also followed up the following week. They have our highest recommendation.
