Professional and knowledgeable. Years of expertise shine here. Good pricing too. I love supporting local tradespeople.
Ralph was kind and explained everything. Very knowledgeable
Called Ralph today about a potentially leaking tub in my parents' house in Southington -- he was fast, responsive, courteous and gave me some excellent advice about how to prevent future water seepage. Super grateful for his help!
If and when you ever need a plumber please use Ralph Warner. I had a plumbing problem that was never fixed correctly by someone else, so this morning on the recommendation of a friend I called Ralph Warner. Very shortly he got back to me and said he would be out to my house after lunch. He was here at 12:30. He assessed the problem, said I needed two parts, went to get the parts needed, and within no time he was back again to fix it. He did a great job and fixed it correctly. Very very nice Gentleman, with MUCH experience. I will definitely use him again. Hope you do too.
I woke up to find a puddle in my bathroom from a leak I had. I called and left 4 different places voicemails. Two never returned my call. However, Ralph got back to me in minutes, was at my house and fixed 2 issues before the other competitor (the only other one who bothered to call me back) called within the hour. I can't recommend Ralph enough, fast, efficient and very friendly.
