Ranierry Tile installation

When another contractor's shower floor leaked water every time it was used, Ranierry Tile was the only company willing to take the job on — that is how a November 2025 customer told it. It was not the only time someone brought them a leak they had not caused: in an October 2024 review, a homeowner described a shower tiled just a few years earlier that had leaked and damaged other parts of the house, redone. Ranierry Tile Installation works out of Quincy and stays in one trade — tile on floors, showers, backsplashes and glass, marble and ceramic surfaces, in homes and commercial spaces, by its own description. Reviewers call the man who shows up Davidson, or Dave, and more than one mentions a small crew with him. On Google the company averages 5 stars across 34 ratings, and the written accounts run from 2021 into early 2026. The details people bother to write down are the small, exact ones. A February 2026 reviewer had a kitchen backsplash installed and said the price was competitive and every question got answered. In December 2023, a customer put a number on it: 25 square feet of backsplash tile, finished in a timely fashion. In November 2021, homeowners described new cement board and tile going into a laundry, closet and mud room, with the deteriorated areas patched and leveled where old layers of linoleum had left the laundry floor in rough shape under the washer. A September 2021 shower-floor repair went demo first, then a correctly pitched cement floor, then the tile. Money and scheduling come up more than once. A January 2022 customer noted that the price never moved from the quote — a change they said they had run into with other vendors before. A July 2024 reviewer got a quick estimate, a fair price and a short wait for a service date. An August 2021 reviewer had an entryway floor replaced and wrote that everything was covered to keep debris out of the other rooms. The company also has an Angi listing for ceramic and porcelain tile repair and installation, offering free estimates and service in Spanish as well as English. Ranierry is a sensible call for tile with a problem attached — a shower pan that leaks, a floor that has to be patched and leveled before anything can go down — as much as for a straightforward backsplash or bathroom floor. Get the quote in writing, ask how the pitch and waterproofing under a shower will be handled, and confirm insurance before anyone starts the demo.
