First time have used them for water at my inground pool job in walpole. CALLED MADE APT. WATER WAS THERE...💧 And on time. 👍
I called to ask about the price for pool water delivery. After hearing the quote, I politely asked if there was any flexibility on the price. Instead of responding professionally, the owner became upset, was very rude, and abruptly ended the call. I understand if the price is firm, but there is no reason to treat a potential customer disrespectfully for simply asking a question. Very disappointing customer service.
So at 9:00 am this Wednesday morning I realized that my new pool was going to be wrapped up early and town water wasn’t an option. Started making calls, got a hold of a local guy (Nala) who subs out the deliveries to RCL.That is where this went from good to exceptional. They responded immediately, and gave me a time of Friday at 8 am sharp. I accepted and went on from there. Then without prodding they reached out and said they would try their best to get it early. Fast forward to tonight, I get another text, CAN THEY COME TONIGHT? Eric who is a contractor shows up with 8000 gallons of super clean water, sets it up, fills it while being completely engaging and taking solid care of all the details. 12 hours after my brain engaged, pool is full, up and running, and I couldn’t be more grateful to RCL, Eric and everyone involved. These guys are the best.

I always call Ray anytime I need water trucked in for the areas he delivers to. I know I can rely on him to be there that day and time needed. Whether I call in advance or short notice.
