This is a bathroom-only remodeler, and the recent reviews read less like a general contractor’s page than a steady stream of consultations, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, and quick-turn bathroom installs. The company says it offers full bathroom remodels, accessible upgrades, and tub and shower conversions, with free in-home design consultations and professional installation; its Woburn location is listed on outside directories, and its website says the brand began with two college students selling bathtub liners before growing into a national bathroom remodeling company. The strongest current pattern is how often homeowners mention the front end of the job going smoothly. In reviews from the last six months, several customers call out reps by name — especially Tom — for clear explanations, budget guidance, low-pressure consultations, and help sorting through design and material options for one- and two-bathroom projects, walk-in tubs, and bathroom renovations. When the work itself is described in recent reviews, people point to shower installations, bathtub-to-walk-in-shower conversions, and jobs finished quickly, with crews described as on time, clean, and careful in the home. There is real depth behind that. Google shows 264 ratings at 4.9 stars, BBB shows 5.0 stars, and the business carries an A+ BBB rating with accreditation; across all sources, the review history stretches from 2022 to 2026. That said, the current picture is not spotless: in the last six months there were 21 reviews with 2 negatives, including one customer who said the company would not book an appointment because they were not the property owner, and another who said they felt misled about whether Re-Bath was the same local company that had done earlier work. Before booking, pin down two things. First, confirm whether your project fits their lane: the reviews and company description center on homeowner bathroom remodels, conversions, and accessibility work, not facility-management jobs. Second, ask exactly who will be responsible for the work and how this location relates to any prior installer if you are calling about an older bathroom, since one recent complaint turned on that confusion. They make the most sense for a homeowner planning a bathroom refresh, shower conversion, or accessible upgrade who wants a guided consultation and a crew used to moving fast once the job starts. Before you sign, confirm scope, who is doing the installation, and whether your project is a straightforward residential remodel rather than a service call tied to someone else’s earlier work.

The shower/bathtub installation was perfect! They were on time and got the work done quickly. Everything looks beautiful and was fine exactly as expected. They were also super nice to my son who was very interested in everything they were doing.

If you are a facility manager, do not waste your time.
Was refused an appointment because I’m not the “owner” of the school I’m looking to remodel.

Thomas, the representative we got for our remodel quote was very professional, remembered the little things like names, above and beyond with making sure we were more than satisfied with the product we expect to receive. Easy to talk too and made the whole process painless! 10/10

Tom provided solid guidance to help us with both understanding the Re-Bath offer and budget for such a project. We are planning the budget for a 2 bathroom project and his guidance helps us understand the benefit of selecting Re-Bath. Tom was punctual, courteous and very helpful.

Edited: RE-BATH! is an ENTIRELY unethical company!!! Do not work with RE-BATH!!! Find a local company!!! RE-BATH spent a week lying to me by omission, pretending to be the local business that did this work and was therefore the one to rectify it--they just wanted more money from an unsuspecting customer.

This company played along all week like THEY were the ones who installed this and like it was THEIR LOCAL company--told me they didn't have contracts "from the previous owner because they did not transfer them. On the REBATH website it says "Greenfield RE-BATH" and even has a local exchange (which reads Greenfield on the phone) to fool you. I am sure all this is allowed by law, but qe as consumers don't have to put up with it.

***There is NO RE-Bath in western MA, at all. This is a national chain that rips off their franchises, and their customers. They strung me along all week, telling me that all the work would be done for free, and then suddenly today, opps the glass is not. RE-BATH had not even priced the two doors they were going to have me pay for "for a favorable price" , when only one shattered and therefore only one is necessary. The local company is ordering and installing the door-to honor their work and warranty--stay away from RE-Bath!

One star is generous for this shoddy national company: Buyer-beware: This is only three years old, the most expensive component of this "re-bath" and shattered when being cleaned with a cotton cloth--the way windows are normally cleaned. Luckily no one was hurt. RE-BATH refused to replace for free, claiming they used glass from another company and so they have no responsibility for this.

Stay away from this awful company--the 5 stars are for the local companies they have taken over and have nothing to do with this unethical national, shoddy business.
