Rebecca's Flooring Design Co.

Rebecca's Flooring Design Co. is a Londonderry storefront that both sells floors and installs them — hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl and carpet, plus custom shower installation, with design consultation and renderings on the retail side. The company describes itself as family-owned and multigenerational, and says it has served Londonderry and surrounding communities for more than four decades. On Google it holds 3.8 stars from 8 ratings. A 2023 reviewer called them "Great people! Good installers" and recommended the company. The two reviews before that are both carpet jobs where the trouble showed up afterwards: a 2022 customer wrote that they ended up with a lot of extra carpet material beyond what the job needed, and a 2021 customer said the installation went well and that the company worked around their timeline, but that while cleaning their radiators they realized the carpet had never been cut to the right size around them — something they called a fire hazard. Houzz carries the company in its Tile & Stone category, listing tile installation and repair across 15 New Hampshire towns with two projects shown. The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+; that profile runs under the alternate name Dan's Floor Store, Inc., lists 41 years in business, and names floor installation and new carpets among the services. For a carpet or tile job around Londonderry, the appeal is picking the material in a showroom and having the same company lay it. Before signing, ask how the crew handles cuts around radiators, thresholds and other fixed obstacles, get the material quantity spelled out in the estimate, and settle who comes back if something needs correcting after the install.
