Weymouth Floor Refinishing

Recently had several floors refinished and was very pleased. They came out like new. Jason's pricing was reasonable; he came right on time and was a very nice young man.

Jason and Thai were AMAZING! These guys know what they are doing and at fair price. I am very satisfied with the work and plan on using them in the future for another project.

Overall did a nice job. Communication and scheduling were easy. Jason took the time to listen, understand, and explain. Price was reasonable too. That being said, I was disappointed in two ways. First, the finer detail work (i.e., anything that involved putty) was pretty sloppy. To their credit, when we got home and contacted them about the issue, one of the partners came out the very next day. Much appreciated, but he didn’t fix the issue and assured me it was the best color-matching they could do. Well, I knew it didn’t look right and called another contractor, and they had a different opinion and fixed the problem right away (yes, selecting the right color of filler based on each section of wood required more time and care, but it was absolutely possible and took only about an hour). Second, they left dozens of cigarettes scattered in our back and front yards. That simply made me mad because it’s so gross and disrespectful! They could have done the most masterful job in the world, and I still would’ve taken off a star for my now-dead patch of grass and the time I wasted gathering their used cigarettes. Please do better in the future!
