Reliable Third Party

Very rude staff and don’t work with the locations they are moving people to. I watched one of the employees be rude and condescending to the very kind and very pregnant property manager at the apartment complex I live at. They were parked in a residents assigned parking spot (not the one they were helping) and using a skill saw in the parking lot when they are not vetted under the properties insurance and if something happened would be a big issue for the property. When the manager asked them to please go off the property if they are going to do that and move from the residents spot they were rude and made a condescending comment to I’ll say again… the very pregnant and kind property manager. These guys are entitled and need an attitude check. They need to learn how to actually work with the properties they are going to. I’d suggest finding a more professional operation to help you with your moves.

Avoid these clowns at all costs, I'd give them a zero if I could. Corporate move booked their services and they never showed up, never called to give status, etc. Even spoke to the owner, Betsy Hamel on her private number to confirm the night before. Worst experience ever! They will never get another corporate account from us. Love the irony of their name. Literally an oxygen thief
