The single dissent is a four-star note in February about a little damage to a bed leg, from a customer who still described the service as good and the contact constant. Two practical things. Moving is not a Massachusetts home-improvement trade, so there is no state registration to look up here; for a mover the number worth asking about is the US DOT or MC one, plus what the insurance covers if something gets scratched. And because the business is built around rentals, be explicit about which job you are buying — a delivery and setup, or a full household move — and get the price for that scope in writing.
