The write-ups land on temperament as much as craft. In a May 2026 review, a customer whose nearly 30-year-old master bathroom had just been renovated said the quality of the work alone would have been enough, but what stood out was his calm. A February 2024 customer who had met several contractors before choosing described a full gut bath — new shower and tub, floors, vanity — handled by Trevor, Joe and Talia. A February 2025 kitchen customer called the team professional, punctual and clean, and a May 2025 customer who needed an in-wall air conditioner taken out before the next project cited an honest price and scope up front.
