Revere Aluminum Window LLC is a family-run shop in Saugus that says it's been putting in vinyl windows, siding, and doors around the North Shore since 1971 — more than 50 years under one roof, by its own account. The work is straightforward exterior stuff: replacement windows, vinyl siding, and storm and entry doors, built around ProVia and Harvey product lines, for a stretch of towns running from Chelsea and Everett up through Salem and Peabody. The two customer accounts on Google tell almost opposite stories. Back in October 2025, one homeowner described an easy process — a competitively priced entry-and-storm-door job, an owner who was straightforward to deal with, and no pressure to upgrade beyond what was needed. Eight months later, a very different account showed up: a $1,400 storm door that has never closed properly, with seven months of calls that went nowhere. With only 14 Google ratings behind a 3.5-star average, there isn't a deep well of recent customer accounts to lean on either way, and that most recent review is the only one from the past six months. The Better Business Bureau lists the company at an A+ rating, with a file going back to 1997, though it isn't an accredited business and no complaint history is published on that page — a tidier picture than the latest Google review suggests. Worth asking directly, before signing anything: how the company handles a warranty callback if a door or window doesn't sit right after installation, given the unresolved complaint on record. This reads like a small, long-tenured outfit better suited to a straightforward window, siding, or door swap than one to lean on for aftercare guarantees sight unseen — get the callback policy in writing before the crew leaves.

Back in November, my husband and I purchased a beautiful storm door from Revere aluminum it is never closed properly and for $1400. We expected you to come back and adjustment. We’ve been calling for seven months with no reveal so my opinion they are not a company I would ever deal with. they continuously told me they would come out and will not so in my opinion they are not people ever integrity and do not keep their word. Stay away from them.

I had a new entry door and storm door installed by the company and I found the entire experience to be very easy. The owner is easy to work with and made the process relatively painless. The cost was in line with other quotes (a little less expensive actually) and there were no special requirements like another company tried to push on me. The door is of very high quality and the installer did a great job on the main installation as well as spending a great deal of time on the finish around the door. I am very happy with the job and plan on hiring them again when I need additional work on the house.
