Revere Aluminum Window LLC is a Saugus outfit that's been putting doors and windows into North Shore homes since 1971 — the company says on its site it's run as a local, family business, working towns from Chelsea and Everett up to Salem and Lynn. Its line is vinyl replacement windows, vinyl siding, and entry and storm doors, installed under manufacturer partnerships with ProVia and Harvey. The written record on them is split. In a 2025 review, a homeowner called the whole process — a new entry and storm door — easy from start to finish: the owner was straightforward to deal with, the price beat other quotes, there was no upselling, and a lot of care went into the finish work around the door. A 2023 review described a similarly high-quality door job with a professional install crew. But a review posted in mid-2026 tells a different story — a $1,400 storm door that's never closed properly, with the customer saying calls asking for an adjustment went unanswered for seven months. An older, 2022 review also described a curt phone manner on a quote request. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration has lapsed — the state registry shows it expired — even though its BBB page carries an A+ grade with no complaints listed. Before booking, it's worth asking directly how a warranty callback or adjustment gets handled, given the complaint above, and confirming the registration status directly, since the state listing doesn't currently show it active. For a straightforward window, siding or door job with a company that's been in the neighborhood for decades, this is a reasonable one to get a quote from — just get a clear answer on follow-up service first.
Back in November, my husband and I purchased a beautiful storm door from Revere aluminum it is never closed properly and for $1400. We expected you to come back and adjustment. We’ve been calling for seven months with no reveal so my opinion they are not a company I would ever deal with. they continuously told me they would come out and will not so in my opinion they are not people ever integrity and do not keep their word. Stay away from them.
I had a new entry door and storm door installed by the company and I found the entire experience to be very easy. The owner is easy to work with and made the process relatively painless. The cost was in line with other quotes (a little less expensive actually) and there were no special requirements like another company tried to push on me. The door is of very high quality and the installer did a great job on the main installation as well as spending a great deal of time on the finish around the door. I am very happy with the job and plan on hiring them again when I need additional work on the house.
Very high quality beautiful doors. Richard was very easy to work with and professional. The installers were also excellent.
Called to asked for a quote, and the person was extremely rude.
