RJC Plumbing handles jobs from a clogged drain to the plumbing for a whole new bathroom, and it holds a 4.9-star Google average from 75 ratings. Its BBB grade is A+. The company says it has been in business four years, and its website lists a service area that includes Augusta, Waterville, Gardiner, Hallowell, Winthrop, Brunswick and Lewiston. A customer whose camp needed a new septic said the company worked with the septic installer and dug and crawled under the camp to install all new piping and a new toilet. A customer who needed a shower and toilet replaced at a camp said Riley did the design and Riley, Josh and Tim did the installation. A customer said Tim and Scott installed two new Kohler toilets and cleaned up completely afterward. A customer whose new bathroom Riley and his crew plumbed said they finished in the timeframe they had quoted. A 2025 customer said Riley found the source of a drain-pipe leak from the upstairs bathrooms, found another issue with that pipe, and replaced the bad sections. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Tim was at the house just before 3pm after a 7am call and had a new valve in place for a leaking anti-siphon silcock less than an hour later. A 2025 customer said Riley worked with their contractor to install a new tankless boiler and a hydronic baseboard system throughout the house. A customer said a tub-shower replacement went well but found visible glue around the drain, and the caulk between the tub and floor cracked and left a gap. A 2026 customer wrote that a $100 well-pump diagnosis ended with the well tank drained and a $975 bill to replace it, after the plumber quoted $250 just to get the water running again; when that customer called about the price, they were told the price is the price.
Have had them assist with clogged drains , toilet issue and assisting with stubborn water filter. Kind , patient and fixes the issues without taking you for a financial ride. Love competence and integrity.
