RJM Remodeling

RJM Remodeling is a Haverhill home-improvement business the Better Business Bureau lists as a sole proprietorship, and the name that comes up in its reviews is Ricky. A June 2025 customer wrote that he helped them out in a pinch finishing a set of stairs, finished up their kitchen remodel, and took on the painting once it was added to the contract. The work travels beyond Haverhill. In September 2024 a homeowner who lives in Florida wrote that they interviewed three contractors for a siding job at their daughter's home in Amesbury and picked Ricky, expecting to manage the job from a distance. An August 2024 Thumbtack reviewer kept it short: decently priced work they would recommend. The Google page averages 5★ across five ratings, and Thumbtack shows 5.0 from two. The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+ and puts it at 11 years in business; Angi and Thumbtack both say 14, so that is worth asking about. Thumbtack's profile lists carpentry, framing, finish carpentry and interior painting, along with lead and OSHA safety certifications, a certified welder credential, CSL training and a background check. Angi lists exterior painting, trim work and free estimates at the same Pilling St address. A sensible call around Haverhill and the lower Merrimack Valley for carpentry, trim and paint — particularly the finish stages of a project that needs closing out. Before you sign, ask which of those listed credentials applies to your job, put the scope and the schedule in writing, and confirm he carries current insurance.
