Good design services, horrible execution. Kitchen remodel was supposed to take 3-4 months. We are now in month 9 and I haven’t heard from them for several weeks. I had to hire someone on the side to finish basic stuff - holes left in drywall, painting, small sections of molding - because I gave up on Bill completing this project. Sloppy, unreliable, unaccountable.
