Roof Repairs Co. - Leaky Roof?

Roof Repairs Co. is a Winthrop roofer with an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, and reviews centered on Todd, described as running the crew, with Alex named specifically for a garage roof tear-off and replacement. Reviewers describe fast scheduling, fair pricing, and thorough cleanup after shingle repairs and full roof replacements. In a 2023 review, a customer said the company correctly diagnosed a leak that turned out to be water getting behind the siding rather than through the roof itself — the result of a previous roofer's incorrectly installed rubber roof — and fixed the actual source of the problem. Another 2024 review said a technician repaired a missing shingle and addressed a few other small issues within the original quoted price. One 2023 review, brief and without specifics, called the company unprofessional and sloppy and said the reviewer would not recommend it — a real complaint, though it doesn't describe what job or what specifically went wrong. For roof repair or replacement in the Winthrop area, this is a licensed contractor with a mostly detailed, positive track record and technicians who catch problems other roofers miss. The one vague negative review is worth weighing, but it stands alone against several specific, positive accounts.
