In a November 2021 Angi review, a customer described having a flat roof replaced by Roof Tech Solutions: prompt and knowledgeable, a fair price, and all the debris cleaned up afterward. They said they would use the Brookline company again on their other properties. The company's Angi profile puts it at five years in business, working from an address on Beacon Street in Brookline. A sensible call for a flat-roof replacement on a condo or multi-family. Before hiring, ask which membrane system they install and what warranty comes with it, confirm the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and current insurance, and ask for a couple of nearby jobs you can go look at.
I had a great experience with Roof Tech Solutions. They were promp, knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job on replacing my flat roof for a fair price. They were neat and cleaned up all debris. I will definitely use them again on my other properties.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Roof Tech Solutions. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A square is 100 sq ft of roof surface — bigger than the floor plan because of pitch and overhangs.
