RW Carpet & Flooring is a carpet and flooring business in Norton, MA. In its own description on Angi, the company says it is owned and operated by Richard Weisman, has served the Westwood area for over 30 years, and recently opened its Norton location, formerly The Carpet Barn. In a 2017 Angi review, Richard, the owner, went out of his way to communicate options, his installers explained what they were doing, and the bathroom came out great. A 2015 review describes them removing old carpet and padding, installing new carpet and padding, and cleaning up after they left. In a 2016 review, Rich brought carpet samples in a timely manner, and the installers arrived on time and did good work installing the carpet. A 2019 review said the floor looked great and that the installation took a day and a half. In a 2014 review, a small upcharge above the deal price was described as transparent and up front, and the installers called in advance when they were running a little late. A 2020 review says one of the corners was not done correctly, leaving part of the floor as a piece of raw wood that moves around and is a safety hazard. In a 2015 review, the installation was called poor, with nails coming into the feet and two calls with no response. Another 2015 review describes having to call twice to confirm the date and time, though the installer arrived early, did a wonderful job and finished by vacuuming the space. In a 2014 review, the provider wanted to charge a lot more to do the install when it came time to use a purchased deal. A separate 2014 review says that after a disappointing installation, they came out within an hour of the call to the owner and fixed the problems.
