S.Y. Ventures as one of their HVAC contractors for residential and commercial properties in Western MA, with work on furnaces and boilers. A 2024 customer said the HVAC tech from SY Ventures did their mini split installation, that he arrived on time, and that the office staff called to let them know his arrival time. A 2024 review says a mini split in a newly bought first house needed to be replaced, and calls the company honest and fast. A 2022 customer said SY Ventures installed a new furnace after the old one broke, at a price about 20% cheaper than competitors, and that Steven visited on the day they called to check a heating issue, for no charge. A 2022 customer said Steve diagnosed a broken A/C and explained options for repairs, preventative maintenance and upgrades, and that his crew completed the job on time as promised at a reasonable price. A 2020 customer said the owner came out the same day to give a quote and the install team installed their central AC a week later, in the rain. A 2020 customer said Steve installed a mini split system and called back many times to see how everything was working. A 2020 customer wrote that the price went from a $300 to a $400 estimate in the morning and they were charged $500, and that they were waiting for a bill with a breakdown of charges.
