Jon Sady , did two inspections for my search to purchase a home. Both times I Used his services made me realise how professional and thorough he is in looking out for a buyers interest. This is my 7th home to purchase and with no doubt Jon is a cut above the several home inspectors I have used in the past. I received all the information and photos that l needed in his reports to make wise decisions whether to go forward with a purchase or not. Gladly the second time was the charm. Jon was amazing. He was there early already assessing the property. He was patient, thorough and answered every question with grace and patience. He has all the equipment from heat detection thermal devices to a drone for inspecting high spaces. He knows his stuff!! I would 100% recommend him for any home inspection needs.
