We had an excellent experience with Salem Overhead Door today. One of our garage springs broke last night and I reached out right when they opened this morning. Bill was extremely helpful on the phone and when I mentioned our car was in the garage, he expedited getting someone to us that morning. Chris showed up less than two hours later, and was extremely kind and professional. We had two new springs installed in forty minutes for an extremely reasonable price. We're very grateful for their help and will definitely use them again in the future!
