They also said they had used the new system only a little because the weather had been mild. Based in Millbury, Santon Plumbing & Heating says it has served the community for more than 30 years. Its website offers plumbing, water filtration, water heaters, heating and air conditioning, including work for new construction and remodels. It advertises free estimates and lists central-Massachusetts service towns including Worcester, Auburn, Grafton, Sutton and Framingham. Its Massachusetts plumbing and HVAC licences are active. BBB gives it an A+ grade, and Google lists a 4.9-star average from 96 ratings. Customers have described both repairs and equipment replacements. In a November 2025 Google review, one customer credited Keith with clearing a clogged tub and sink drain, explaining the problem and cleaning up afterward. The same customer separately praised Nick’s HVAC servicing and explanations. A February 2026 reviewer said Todd and Nick explained a new boiler’s operation and checked the radiators. In a December 2022 review, a customer described a dual-fuel upgrade combining a gas furnace and heat pump, saying the work was on time and as quoted. Older complaints concern scheduling, charges and damage. An April 2023 reviewer said they waited weeks for a written estimate, then had two promised visits missed without a call. An October 2021 reviewer complained about time spent talking, breaks and a parts trip during an hourly-billed gas-dryer installation; they also alleged the plumber damaged a wall and initially blamed the builders.
