I had a new HVAC and Mini Split install to replace a 22+ year old system in my home. From the initial meeting and quote from Todd to the install with Matt, Randy and Mitch (also the plumbers Matt and Mike), Santon was excellent! They were fantastic to work with! They explained everything to me, were patient with my questions, and very pleasant from start to finish, and this was a 3 day job! Jake in the office was also a HUGE help with all the Mass Save paperwork and rebate info. He was also very patient with all my questions and helped me a great deal! Now, I haven't used my system that much since the 8/14 install because the weather has been mild, but so far it has been great! I also have great confidence that if I do have an issue, they will be here to help! I highly recommend Santon and now completely understand why they were recommended to me! Great service and a fair price is getting harder to find. So glad that they have both here! AAA+++! Thank you!
