Good experience from start to finish. I texted over a few pictures of existing water heater, and Bill provided a fair replacement price over the phone. He showed up on time two days later, completed the installation, and kept the area clean. No surprises and an easy transaction.

WB was prompt in next day service. Came early...assessed the problem..gave me numerous options. I have dealt with WB three times and everytime it's been fast, pleasant and good value. They always try to give you the options of fix or replace. Dan is a real gentleman and excellent to deal with.

Bill was great, friendly and professional. He cleaned up the work space afterwards. He fixed my ejector pump and saved me money by cleaning it out instead of buying a new float. Also resety toilet on a wax ring. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I don't usually do reviews, but Bill is absolutely worth it. I needed help identifying leaks. I'm a new homeowner so the plumbing issues quickly made me feel overwhelmed and nervous. Bill spent time with me to show me some tricks and to teach me some basics, even basics outside of plumbing. He really helped me understand and made everything manageable and not overwhelming. He surpassed all expectations. He's incredibly knowledgeable, humble, and is dedicated to helping others the right way. I'm lucky to have him around if needed. I highly recommend him!
