This company contracted to provide a whole house plumbing upgrade, including replacement of aged pipes and sewer lines, and adding new fixtures, commencing March of 2022. Although work performed has been satisfactory, the date for completion went months later than contract specs. To date, the contractor has neither completed the work covered in the original contract, nor refunded monies to this customer advanced for materials, despite several months of attempts to collect. Very erratic communication throughout period of work completed. Work appts frequently set and contractor did not show up or communicate at all (text/phone) to attempt to reschedule, sometimes disappearing for weeks. Provided invoices for periodic payments but retained no copies when reconciliation was needed during the process. This customer advanced money for materials which were not purchased. Contractor refuses to return advances. Customer has attempted to negotiate a final settlement but with no response. Currently in process of pursuing legal action.
Alex does great work. He's very efficient and professional. Explains everything that he's doing and why.
