I found my brother dead January 31, 2024-he had always wanted the tub in his condo reglazed, I found this company on the internet and gave them a call, we made arrangements to meet and he did the work, which I was thrilled with I even gave him a south western skull for his friend and paid him cash, he never gave me a receipt or warranty. When tax time came my accountant wanted the receipt I requested it and the warranty and never received either-now two years later my tenant tells me the tub is peeling-I have called and left a message he never returns my calls. Also his company is not in good standing with the State of NH.

I called when our tub started leaking through the ceiling. Terry came out the same day and even fixed the issue the next day- on a Saturday! We did need him to come back for one small thing and he came back, no issues! He was very clean, easy to deal with, communicated easily through text and phone! He answered all of my questions without any problem and really got our house back in working shape quickly!! Hopefully I won’t need this service again but if I do I would use Terry!

I have given him numerous times to fix the problem and he has always blown me off I even removed my last bad review but tub keeps peeling and he blows me off does not respond to my calls or messages! Gave a supposed three year warranty so much for that! Do not recommend!

While, at the completion of the job, I thought it looked great, it has begun to peel 3 months later. Terry did not email me an invoice with warranty as promised and has not returned my text msgs or calls to resolve the problem.

I would have liked to give Terry a 5 star rating but I have been waiting for a emailed invoice paid for a week now , I have been txting with no response . I have no proof of the job being done other that the check I gave him … with no evidence of a warranty that is to be a 3 year. I have been left to believe if it is a legitimate company. I would love to update my review if I receive my paid invoice.
