Seaside Kitchens & Baths Inc

Seaside Kitchens & Baths is a Marstons Mills cabinetry and kitchen-remodeling company founded in 1999 by Dwight Dougherty, who the company's site says has been designing and remodeling kitchens and baths on Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard for over 20 years. It specializes in custom cabinetry — kitchens, baths, outdoor kitchens and built-ins — and keeps a showroom in Mashpee. The written history is short but consistently positive, and it spans more than five years. A 2024 Reddit post described a kitchen remodel and called Dwight "great to work with," with a competitive price and work that was "above and beyond." A 2025 review said a cabinet project was done "on time and in budget," calling the work "incredible." An older, 2019 review describes choosing Dwight after evaluating several companies for his product, cost, and project suggestions, calling his cost and time estimates "spot on." BBB rates the business A+, though it is not accredited, and shows zero complaints on file. For anyone on the Cape or Islands planning custom cabinetry or a kitchen remodel, this is a small, owner-run shop with a long history and a fully positive public account, though a small one — worth a showroom visit to see the work firsthand.
