A recent Google customer said Tommy showed up on a Sunday, worked hard and communicated what he was doing. A 2025 customer said Jose and the team arrived promptly after a water heater leak from the second floor of their townhouse, and that it was all done in less than two weeks. A 2025 customer said that when their basement flooded, SERVPRO came the next day and sent a storage pod for the things in the basement. A 2024 customer said the crew moved their contents to dry areas while drying out the basement after water from their water tank, and that the process took longer than expected. A 2023 customer said Tony and his crew cleaned a house that had sat idle for a very long time, scrubbing the interior including eaves and closets, at a much better price than other quotes. A 2023 customer thanked Mike, Bobby and the crew for their help when sprinkler system pipes burst and flooded their home. A 2022 customer in North Attleboro said the company assessed and repaired water damage and helped them work with their insurance company. A 2022 customer described a sewage clean-up and called the company on time and very reasonable. A 2024 customer said they had been working with SERVPRO since November 2023 to fix water damage from June 2023, that no work had been done almost a year later, and that they had not heard back in a month. A 2022 Google reviewer posted a complaint of reckless driving on route 95 and 495.
Tommy showed up on a Sunday. Good guy, polite, worked hard, communicated what he was doing. I would recommend him.
Jose... is terrific! He takes the time to explain, he has knowledge, and goes out of his way to help. 5 stars for Jose. Also Julio top notch.
Just wanted to commend Jose & Team. They were so professional and helpful. We had a water heater leak from the second floor in our townhouse. They arrived promptly and did everything to mitigate a bad situation into a better one!! All done in less than two weeks. On to repairs! Thanks again guys you made a bad situation better
From the initial visit with Bruce to his awesome team of Jose, Miguel and crew we continued to feel supported throughout the entire project. We were informed of when the team would be at our home. Before the work was completed for the day, we were informed of the expected end time. This was very important to us because we have very busy lives. The team respected our time, privacy, property, belongings, and emotional well being. They were honest and trustworthy. I appreciated this tremendously. Thank you Jose and team!
Jose,Julio, and Jude were exceptional. I hired Serve pro to help clean out apartment during a very difficult time for our family after the unexpected passing of my sister. Not only did they immediately come out to help, they were compassionate, thorough, and communication was excellent. When I called the office (main number) the office staff was excellent and set up times to return and listened to what I needed.
