The company is listed in Milton, Massachusetts, in concrete and masonry with residential roofing alongside it, and its Angi profile says Spanish is spoken. The older reviews carry the detail. In a 2022 review, a homeowner described the crew grinding out and repointing that old basement, pulling off the earlier cover-up and repairing the brickwork underneath. Another from spring 2022 had front stairs rebuilt, bulkhead steps repaired and a drainage system put in. One 2022 customer, happy with a walkway done the previous fall, brought the crew back for the driveway; a building owner at 1745 Washington Street in the South End had cracked cement out front dealt with while a 7-Eleven tenant stayed open through the day. A 2021 reviewer had a new step built and a chimney rebuilt from roof level. The last stretch of Google reviews is harsher. In an October 2023 review, a customer said side steps quoted at two to three days were still incomplete after four weeks, and called every step uneven and inconsistent. An April 2024 review says a job to repoint two chimneys, cap them and fix a firebox was never completed, and that the workers got mortar dust everywhere and did not protect the living room. An August 2024 review says the company quoted a price that included repointing a chimney, demanded payment, then did not finish the work. Three Angi reviews run the other way. A January 2024 customer had a full asphalt roof installed and a new chimney built at what they called a reasonable price, with leaks in the roof and the chimney fixed. A second January 2024 review describes a front step rebuilt from the ground up and a new chimney; a December 2023 one, a chimney rebuilt from ground level that ended the leaking. If what you need is stonework — steps, a walkway, repointing — that is what the 2021 and 2022 reviews describe getting done. Before signing, put the whole scope in writing with a completion date and payments tied to finished work, and settle how the inside of the house gets protected while they cut and grind.
