Showcase Kitchens is a kitchen design and remodeling business, and the company says on its website that it has been in business for 47 years. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0621882 in the name of SHOWCASE KITCHENS LLC, is active on the state registry. A recent customer says designer Susan listened to their ideas, stayed in constant communication, and the kitchen came in as budgeted and in the timeframe proposed, with Vinny, Sr adding the finishing touches. A recent customer who worked with Erica says the finished kitchen in their new home is exactly what they envisioned. A 2026 customer who had worked with Erica several years earlier on a dark, dated kitchen came back to have their main bathroom remodeled. A 2024 customer said Vinny kept them informed and the kitchen was completed on time and within budget. A 2024 customer wrote a year after completion that the place looked as good as the day it was finished, and credited Vinnie and his crew with maximizing a small kitchen. In a 2024 review, a customer said they did the kitchen and 4 bathrooms of a new build with Erica Caserta, who weeks later suggested a different sink that they took. A 2023 customer said Erica and her associates designed and carried out a remodel of their bedrooms, bathrooms and full basement. A 2024 customer described a kitchen remodel that went wrong: cabinetry installation errors, warped cabinets, damaged walls, and counters installed with a 5/8 overhang instead of the 1.5 they paid for. The 2024 customer also wrote that the business promised to finish the job and did not, and later offered to replace some of the defective cabinet doors without labor.
Erica and her talented, creative team at Showcase Kitchens are wonderful to work with. Our designer, Susan, had lots of great ideas and suggestions and listened to our ideas and feedback along the way. She was in constant communication with us throughout the process, which came in as budgeted and in the timeframe they proposed. Vinny, Sr was terrific as he added the finishing touches. We love our beautiful kitchen and highly recommend Showcase Kitchens.
I had a wonderful experience with Erica and the whole team at Showcase Kitchens. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Erica listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions, and paid attention to every detail. My kitchen came out absolutely beautiful and the quality of the cabinets and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with care, and the finished space is exactly what I envisioned for my new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, high quality kitchen and a team that truly cares about the finished result. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!!
I speak as an extremely satisfied repeat customer of Showcase Kitchens. Having worked with Erica several years ago to transform our dark, dated kitchen into a beautiful, superbly functional cooking and dining space, there was no question we would call upon her again when we were ready for our next renovation project–remodeling our main bathroom. Simply put, we couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results. Erica carefully listened to our needs and preferences, incorporating them into a masterful design that offers everything we could have wished for and more—a gorgeous, serene retreat that provides an amazing amount of storage space while still feeling bright and open. Erica’s excellent project management, responsiveness to our questions, and flexibility in making modifications along the way gave us enormous confidence throughout the process. All of the professionals performing the work were meticulous, pleasant, and communicative, and always treated us and our home with the greatest respect and consideration. We would highly recommend Erica and Showcase Kitchens to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation!
Working with Showcase Kitchens was incredible. Vinny knew our general vision, but developed a design that absolutely blew us away. He was such an amazing partner as we worked through every design element, consulting on anything and everything we were considering for the space. We could not have asked for a better partner on this project!
If you’re doing a kitchen, call them. They are the best.
