Typical remodeling project around $29,000
Sordan Construction works at the top end of the remodeling market: its Houzz profile puts a typical job between $100,000 and $1.5 million, and the lone review on its BuildZoom page is for a $2.4 million whole-house renovation. The North Andover company describes itself as an all-in-one interior design, construction and remodeling outfit — kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home interiors, plus ADUs, commercial work and construction management across Greater Boston. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #186672, is active on the state registry. What customers describe is a lot of scope under one contract. In a March 2025 review, a homeowner walked through a finished kitchen with high ceilings, new hardwood floors, new windows, updated plumbing and electrical, a wet bar, cabinets, a double dishwasher and a new sink. A December 2025 Houzz client's renovation included a bathroom addition, and they called the communication responsive and clear from the beginning. In a 2023 review, a customer credited Sorin with proactive suggestions and help from the initial design through to final delivery; another 2023 reviewer had an old kitchen and living room renovated. Two of the reviewers name Sorin as the principal running the job, and a 2024 customer named Aaron as the person who took them step by step through the process. Houzz shows 33 projects, several of them detached ADUs; BuildZoom counts 39 permitted projects, concentrated in Greater Boston kitchen and whole-home remodels. The written accounts run from 2023 through 2025. If you are planning a gut kitchen, a whole-floor renovation or an ADU and want the design and the building under one roof, this is the scale they work at. Ask early where your budget sits against that six-figure range, and ask for the construction supervisor licence number that Houzz and BuildZoom list, CS-111637, and the insurance certificate in writing before the design work starts.
Highly responsive and competitively priced. Very professional and highly recommended ! Thank you for helping me !
I recently worked with SORDAN Construction on a home renovation that included a bathroom addition, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, communication was excellent — responsive, clear and concise, and professional throughout the entire process. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — you can tell he takes pride in what he does, paying attention to even the smallest details to make sure the final result is perfect. The work was completed on time, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Every aspect of the project went smoothly, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I've worked with contractors before, and it’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and such a strong work ethic. I highly recommend Sordan to anyone looking for high-quality work and a stress-free experience.
We’re so happy with our newly developed kitchen! From the high ceilings, new hardwood floors, beautiful windows, updated plumbing and electrical, to the stylish wet bar, gorgeous cabinets, double dishwasher, spacious fridge, and stunning sink—everything was completed with care and top-notch craftsmanship. Huge thanks to Diego for managing the project with fair and timely communication. Sordan’s Construction truly delivered. Highly recommend!
Aaron was very helpful and took me step-by-step through the process it was great dealing with him and all the workers. The owners are awesome. They did an amazing job!!!
Sordan Construction is everything you look for in a company, and my experience with this company is nothing short of phenomenal. From the quality of work to the ingenuity, from the professionalism and punctuality, to the value of what you get, speaks of excellence. This company does not accept mediocre work even if it means spending its own money to rectify errors and obstacles in the projects. The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances.
