I used them for a replacement pool heater. They quoted a reasonable price. They scheduled it quickly and showed up when they said they would. They recommended a plumber for the gas work and coordinated the schedule with him. They came back when the plumber was done to make sure that everything was working. Highly recommended.
Do not give them your credit card, they charge four times over for one cleaning. They are exorbitant with their pricing, no problem lying on invoices.
I can't say enough great things about the exceptional service we've received from South Shore Pool Supply. This is our first season using them after years with the company that originally installed our pool, and I only wish we had made the switch sooner. Since opening our pool, I've reached out a few times with small issues that needed attention. Every time, they've responded incredibly quickly—sometimes arriving at our house within an hour to take care of it. One of their technicians even stopped by on his way home from work to drop off a part we needed for our Polaris vacuum. That level of customer service is hard to find. After spending years chasing another company for weeks just to get a response, the difference has been night and day.
