We had a great experience working with Mike and Roy throughout the construction of our home. Even though the home was already planned when we purchased it, they made the process of customizing the layout and choosing finishes easy and enjoyable. Roy was always happy to walk us through the progress whenever we stopped by, and both he and Mike took the time to answer our questions and keep us informed throughout the build. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. We're very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Southcoast Building to anyone looking for a quality new construction home.

We cannot say enough good things about Mike and Roy with Southcoast Building. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. We met with a few contractors, but after our first sit-down with Mike and Roy, we knew they would be the team we wanted to work with. They stuck to the agreed-upon timeline, stayed on budget, and their communication was seamless throughout the entire project. They were incredibly transparent and trustworthy. Our project was a complete gut of our existing house and a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom addition with a brand new kitchen. The workmanship was outstanding, and every crew and subcontractor they brought in did amazing work. If Mike or Roy ever noticed a potential issue or improvement on the blueprints, they took the time to sit down with us and walk through practical, well-thought-out solutions together before moving forward. As a young couple who had never built before, I was expecting the process to be overwhelming, but they made everything feel smooth and manageable. I had a great experience working with Mike and Roy from start to finish. Roy and his crew came and did a great job. They were conscientious and professional. They didn’t just plop the windows in place but they corrected and replaced any imperfections be it rotting wood to leveling out prior window defects. They would definitely be on my call list for any other renovations needed. Not only did they install the windows but painted the trim and walls if there was any chipping. Roy even repaired a flapping siding strip we had on the side of the house without knowing how we would repair it. He did it without us asking and it was much appreciated. They put in full days, cleaned as they went. If anyone has renovations to be done, don’t hesitate in calling them.
