Five indoor units and an outdoor condenser were cleaned on one Spotless Mini-Splits visit, according to a July 2026 customer who praised Igor and his team’s speed and thoroughness. The West Hartford business has a 5-star Google rating from six ratings. Mini-split cleaning is what its customers describe hiring it for. A June customer said the units were very dirty after a house move and called the price much more reasonable than their HVAC company’s quote. Another June reviewer described clean, efficient work at a reasonable price and planned to call for yearly maintenance cleaning. In February 2026, a customer said the mini-split ran noticeably quieter after cleaning. That reviewer also described explanations throughout the visit and an offer to fix a drain-hose problem at no extra cost. Two January 2026 customers praised the cleaning; one mentioned punctuality and friendliness, while the other described clean work and reasonable pricing.
Igor and his team were very professional and most importantly responsive and communicative. While they were not the original company to install my units, they are one of the only companies to offer the cleaning and preventative services required to keep these units in running condition. The fact they also install these types of units results in a level of knowledge and expertise that shows in how quickly and thoroughly they clean these units. They operated like a well oiled machine, and cleaned my 5 indoor air handler/evaporated units and the outdoor condenser in a fraction of the time that it took me to clean one myself. I’d highly recommended Spotless Mini Splits for anyone who is looking to ensure that their split ductless systems remain in clean working order and maintain good indoor air quality.
Igor and his team were very professional and did a great job cleaning our mini splits, which were very dirty after we just moved into our house. Also had very reasonable prices, much more reasonable than what our hvac company wanted to charge. Will certainly book his services again!
Highly recommend Spotless Mini Splits. They were clean and efficient and reasonably priced. We were happy to find them and will definitely call them for yearly maintenance cleaning.
They were very responsive and professional. They carefully explained everything they were doing, and were happy to answer any questions. They even offered to fix a problem with our drain hose at no extra cost. Our mini split is running noticeably quieter after the cleaning. I definitely recommend this company.
They did a great job cleaning our mini splits, they were on time and friendly
