They came the next day. That 2025 customer thanked Dan by name. The company's own site lists oil heating, boiler, furnace, water heater and ductless mini-split A/C installations, tune-ups and 24/7 emergency service. A 2019 customer said Squier Oil had just installed a new furnace, that Ed helped with the details of working with MassSave, and that the installers were professional, neat and thorough. A 2021 customer whose boiler was not operating correctly said Scott came over to address the issue, and that on his suggestion they would be having Squier's install a new oil tank. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation. On Google it holds 4.2 stars from 20 ratings. A 2026 customer who said they had bought a Harmon stove from the company two years earlier and were very pleased gave one star after calling to order oil: they said the website says to call if you are a first-time customer, and when they called, they were told no. A 2022 customer who said they had purchased 1500 gallons of oil wrote that the company would not come out to service their system after hours, even after they offered to pay the $250 service charge, and did not recommend it.
