In May 2026, a customer's washing machine broke before a big work weekend, and Brian answered right away and fixed it within 24 hours; an August 2026 customer said Brian fixed their fridge and explained what temperatures it should run at and why. A September 2022 Angi reviewer said Brian diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part with him. One April 2025 Angi review is a sharp complaint.
