StarTouch Property Services is a Peabody, Massachusetts general contractor and remodeling company that takes on additions, painting, patios and decks, tiling, and full home remodeling — including kitchens and bathrooms — for both residential and commercial clients. The state license registry shows the company's Massachusetts HIC license (171532) as active, and it is a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating, accredited since 2013. In 2025 reviews, homeowners praised a portico addition with copper trim and a new deck and pergola build; an earlier 2023 review described trouble reaching the office by phone over several weeks and mentioned two skylights and a bedroom window the company handled.
Highly recommend Frank Gomes and his team at StartTouch! They were highly recommended by a co-worker and we hired them to do a portico addition and adding copper trim around our house. They did a fantastic job and displayed excellent craftsmanship and turned out a top end finished product. They were receptive to any feedback we gave them and were open to making small adjustments as requested, which we appreciated. The construction crew was professional and always left the property neat and tidy when they left. Highly recommend Frank and his team and hope to work with him for future projects!
Please do not hesitate to hire Startouch for your next project. I love my new deck and the pergolux they installed. I can’t wait to start enjoying my new space this summer. Their entire crew was courteous, professional, skilled, and I have to say the neatest contractors I have ever come across. Not too often you can make a statement like that!
Don't even bother trying to talk with Michelle because she never returned your calls I've been waiting for 3 weeks for return call back. Left at least eight messages. Yes, they replace two skylights for me need the bedroom window replaced which we spoke about my entire reconstruction has been on hold. Will never use them again. Frank Arsenault
