Two separate customers describe calling Steve Santos on a Friday evening and getting a live answer. In a June 2024 Google review, he called back within 10 minutes, came out over the weekend to quote, and the quote arrived the next day; in an August 2025 review, he picked up the call himself and squeezed the job in on Saturday morning, with no pre-set minimum charge. Steve M Santos Electrician LLC is a Plymouth electrical company that says it serves residential and commercial customers across the South Shore. Its site describes Santos as the owner-operator, a South Shore native and Coast Guard veteran who personally carries out the work, and says he brings over a decade of experience. On Google it holds 5 stars from 22 ratings, with written reviews running from 2024 into 2026. The jobs vary. In May 2026 a customer had him wire a Tesla charger from the basement panel out to the garage and install it. An August 2025 reviewer had complicated work done on both new construction and older services brought up to code, and credited his planning, his advice on materials and fixtures, and a clean, safe workspace. In a March 2024 review, a homeowner who gutted four rooms said he was part of every project; another, also in March 2024, described him working late at night to get a generator running so the family's kids had heat. A business owner wrote in March 2024 that it has used him on commercial projects. Price comes up often and favorably: reviewers in 2024 called his pricing "VERY fair and transparent" and "very reasonable," and the June 2024 customer was pleased enough to pay him extra. His Massachusetts electrician licence, #56301-EL-B, held by Steven M Santos, is active.
Great communication from the minute we reached out. He did a great job wiring out Tesla Charger through the basement panel out to our garage where he installed it for us. Would recommend 100%
Called on Friday evening he picked up the call (no voicemail or computer service) and he squeezed us in on Saturday morning. Did a great job and took the time to explain everything. Does not go by pre-determined minimum charge. Gives a fair estimate.
We had some complicated electrical work done both for new construction as well as for some existing construction to bring any old services up to code. Steve Santos Electrician LLC handled both with knowledgeable planning, analytic detective work, welcomed advice as to pros/cons of various choices for processes, materials, & fixtures, execution of his plan with close attention to clean/safe workspaces, & patience when problem solving by finding alternatives & explaining to us his new plan. Excellent, top notch professional work all the way around. FIVE STARS for workmanship, service, cleanliness, & customer service!
Could not happier with Steve’s service. He responds right away, is friendly and explains things well. I highly recommend him.
We highly recommend Steve! He has professionally completed all the work we needed done and very responsive to our questions.
