Still Services works on heating, air conditioning and plumbing. On the hottest day of the year, a recent Google customer with a home HVAC crisis said Chris and Stanley showed up, gave a temporary fix and explained exactly what was wrong.
A recent customer who needed a new HVAC system said six companies gave estimates and that they chose Still Services for the system it suggested, its reputation and its reasonable prices. That customer said Chris, Kris, Stan and John arrived on time, and named Courtany and Josh as the electricians.
Its Massachusetts plumber license, number 16196-PL-M, held by Matthew A Still, is active on the state registry. Its Better Business Bureau page shows an A+ grade.
In a 2026 review, a customer said their heat went out on one of the coldest days of winter, right before an expected snowstorm. That 2026 customer said they showed up, explained what was going on, and followed up the next day to confirm the heat was still running. A 2026 customer wrote that they had used Still Services for several years for plumbing and heating repairs and upgrades, and that Chris and Matt had both worked at their house.
In a 2022 review, a customer said Still Services updated all of the plumbing lines in their home and re-plumbed a bathroom in conjunction with a remodel, bringing everything up to code. That 2022 customer said the owner, Matt, came to discuss the scope of the project and provide an estimate. A 2022 customer said Still Services replaced their hot water tank.
In a 2021 review, a customer said Still Services came out the day they called, had the required part in the truck, and fixed the furnace a half hour after arriving, at one third the cost of the first contractor. A 2020 customer thanked Matt, Chris, Stone and Danny and said four mini splits were installed in quick fashion. In a 2019 review, a customer said Matt lent them a large space heater while they waited for a boiler to be installed.
In a 2023 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said Matthew did not diagnose the problem, kept saying it was the drain and that he would have to rip out the shower, and charged almost $400 without fixing the issue. That 2023 customer said another company diagnosed it in under 10 minutes. A 2020 customer gave three stars and said follow-up and communications were seriously lacking and that warranty and rebate information was not provided.
