If it was possible, I would give them a BIG FAT ZERO rating. NOTE: The Quarles people in the Culpeper office were terrific people to deal with. BUT, the money grabbing very large company closed this office to "walk-up customers". I have several times to get a delivery during the 25-26 heating season. Now my tank is completely empty. Please do not think that I can't read tank gages. Having ridden USN submarines for all most 20 years. I can read tank gages. I also feel qualified to judge their customer service. At my retirement from DLA Energy. I was awarded a White House Award for teaching customer service to DLA Energy and their customers, over 800 people in 14 years. I started the account termination process today. Wonder how long it will take them to get their EMPTY tank and refund my balance????

These guys are professionals! They have taken care of my family in some serious situations! Always respectful and explaining the process! On time and knowledgeable would absolutely recommend them for all your needs!

I called on Tuesday and within and hour Jean called me back. I explained the problem I was having with the other company. By Thursday Paul & Joe came out and set up new tanks for me They were extremely helpful and kind and went above and beyond There customer service is awesome . I cannot say enough about them I would Highly Recommend Supreme Energy They genuinely care about there customers

My heating system broke down during a cold snap. Joe came out to repair it within the hour. He has over 40 years of oil burner experience and was able to diagnose and solve a complicated problem for me. The heating system now works better than it has since I moved in 8 years ago!

Tried to get them to fix a boiler that was just installed on a property we purchased. Basically said that they won’t do it unless you buy oil from us. How’s that legal? My husband got involved and they have hung up on him multiple times as he’s angry this issue wasn’t just something they could resolve as a courtesy of installing it about a month ago.
