Swimm Pools Inc. is a Darien-based pool company. On its BBB page it describes pool maintenance, repair and renovation, including inspections and seasonal opening and closing. Its BBB grade is A+, and it holds a 3.7-star Google average from 23 ratings. A recent Google customer with an older pool said the crew persevere until all issues are resolved, and that they have been customers for 14 years. In a 2025 review, a customer said something happened to their pool the day before a daughter's birthday party, and after one quick email the company came out the same day, on a weekend, and fixed the issue. A 2025 customer wrote that the company did weekly cleaning, was quick to complete repairs and was on time opening and closing the pool. A 2025 customer said Swimm Pools had serviced their pool for over 20 years, including opening, weekly maintenance and closing. A 2024 customer whose pool the company had maintained for over ten years said it would not repair the loose pins holding their winter pool cover and would not recommend a company that could. In a 2021 Houzz review, a customer said Swimm renovated their pool, patio area and pool equipment in time for summer 2012, and that the following spring the water level dropped and the company sent someone to seal off the drain for a charge. That 2021 reviewer said a new pool service company later found leakage around the skimmers, and that the only way to trace it was to rip up the bluestone patio. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0561851, as active, held by Swimm Pools Inc.

We have consistently had the best experience with SWIMM Pools. There are a lot of mediocre to poorly ran pool companies in Greenwich; SWIMM Pools very much stands out with their extraordinary customer service and work. We’ve had something happen to our pool the day before our daughter’s birthday party and with just one quick email, SWIMM came out the same day (on a weekend) and fixed the issue so that my daughter could have her pool party. SWIMM actually cares and takes care of their customers, we couldn’t recommend them more!
Great service from Swimm Pools and I love the flat rate price as an option. They have come out on weekends when I have an urgent request.
I have had very good luck with Swimm Pools. The front office is easy to deal with. They are very timely with any type of pool issues and the service people of careful and respectful with the safety of my dogs. It was another great season.
We use Swimm Pools, Inc to service our pool and highly recommend them! They do a great job with weekly cleaning, are quick to complete repairs when necessary, and are always on time and efficient with opening or closing the pool. Melissa and Nikki in the office are great and super helpful too!
