A basement renovation and porch-railing project finished "seamlessly," with photo and video updates sent to an out-of-state owner, in late 2025; that same year, a client of more than eight years called Bright "reliable, detail-oriented" after a fireplace-and-living-room makeover, and another homeowner credited a "professional," "meticulous" crew for a "total renovation." In 2024, one family said Synergy guided them through updating a 1980 house that "hadn't been updated in decades," and a rebuild of a kitchen and two bathrooms, finished "on time and on budget," turns up in a 2026 review. The pattern holds further back too — a roof leak fixed in 2017 for less than the original estimate, chimney and laminate-flooring repairs and three straight years of painting and deck work recalled by one client in 2016, and a mahogany front porch built the same year — the same details keep repeating across a decade: shows up when he says he will, keeps homeowners updated through the job, and cleans up after.
Two accounts are worth raising directly before signing a bigger contract.
