I contacted Samy because of his five-star reviews. This is my honest experience. Based on what happened, I strongly advise homeowners to stay away from this contractor. I would not trust him with my home or electrical permit. He is not only an incompetent electrician but very dishonest. His initial proposals were: • Option 1: $6,000 for him to pull the permit and install the breakers while I—an unlicensed homeowner—performed the remaining electrical work, including installing outlets, lights, switches AC disconnect. I believe it is a serious violation. This raised serious concerns about licensing, accountability, inspections, and safety. Shocking!! • Option 2: $19,000 for him to complete the remaining work himself. After I declined both proposals, Samy repeatedly called and texted me offering to complete the same project for $5,000. The remaining work was estimated at approximately 40 hours, or $125 per hour, so I gave him a chance. The scope was clearly explained at our first meeting: install the three missing metal outlet boxes in the basement, pass rough inspection, and return approximately two months later—after drywall—to install the supplied outlets, switches, and lights and connect the HVAC units. The rough inspection failed only because those three basement boxes were missing. Update: Samy’s response falsely portrays his $6,000 proposal as an effort to complete the project safely within my budget. That is not true. Under that proposal, I would perform the electrical work under a permit pulled by him. If he truly believed the project was as large and complicated as he now claims, asking an unlicensed homeowner to complete it was even more irresponsible. His description of the project is also inaccurate. My family lives in the approximately 3,200-square-foot house during construction, and only about 2,000 square feet is under renovation—not the 3,550-square-foot project he claimed. Apparently using an inaccurate figure from an online real-estate listing instead of the scope he personally inspected during three visits was dishonest and unprofessional. The three AC condensers were disclosed from day one and included in every proposal. They were never unexpected. Connecting them should be routine work for a licensed electrician. His attempt to use them afterward to portray the project as unusually complicated raised further doubts about his capabilities. On the scheduled workday, Samy arrived an hour late without notice, opened our closed front door without knocking, talked for more than an hour, and completed nothing. He then demanded 50% upfront for a labor-only project, even though I supplied all materials and most of the work would not occur until months later. I found that completely unreasonable. Three visits. Prices ranging from $19,000 to $5,000 for the same work. No electrical work completed. Then a misleading public response that disclosed my town and exaggerated the project. I found his conduct irresponsible, dishonest, and deeply concerning. Customers beware five star reviews can be deceiving!

We had a switch that caused the breaker to trip and we couldn't install the light fixture that we had. The technician came on time, fixed the issue without a mess and explained to us what the problem was and what type of switch needs to be used in that instance. Overall quick fix, pleasant experience and reasonable price.
