Called Tom for an unconventional rubber roof issue. 2 other roofers tried to repair & had no results. Tom came by the next day, took a look, saw the problem and fixed it in 1 day. It cost me 1/2 as much as the other guys and was done right. Thank you. Highly recommended

Be careful when contracting with this firm. They installed new gutters on our home, and days later the rain came pouring down over the gutters, making it impossible to walk up the stairs to our home. This also created dampness in our attic leading to mold. After avoiding our calls for three weeks, Tom Morrell shows up-- he apologizes--then promises to return to fix the problems. Six months later after many avoided calls and returned mail we spent $1,400 to fix the job messed up by his company and spent $2,400 to get rid of mold in our attic.

Tom Morrell is an excellent professional! When we had issues with a leak, we were desperately trying to find someone to come and evaluate. He was able to come do an evaluation in less that 24 hours to give us an estimate and he did an awesome job! He was responsive with phone conversations leading up to the initial evaluation. He is pleasant and very professional. We appreciate that he is a wealth of knowledge on much more than just roofing. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him!

Tom nswered my call very quickly. His team was very professional in the speed and workmanship on fixing the leaks in my roof. Happy to report no leaks after it rained.

Currently, I give Tom and his team a rating of 1 star. Tom and his guys installed a scupper and downspout on our house back in June 2017. We paid the deposit on time and the final payment on time. The scupper that was installed is not large enough to deal with the water runoff from the roof. Since the end of July, when I was finally back in the country to see the work and hear my neighbors concerns, I have been calling and messaging Tom on a daily basis to come fix the current situation. For the last 3 weeks I have been told they would deal with it. Someone showed up the week August 21st to look at the problem and said they would be out the week of August 28th to fix it. I messaged and called Tom every day that week to find out when his team would be there so that I could oversee the work and he has never called me back. I am very disappointed and I hope this can be remedied this week. I will update this review if I get a response and the problem fixed. Tom and his team may be the type of contractors that do the job quickly, but if you have issues getting them back to fix them is a problem after you have paid them in full. Giving a client a 5 year warranty on work doesn't matter if there intention is to never return when there are issues.
