T.S Gill Plumbing & Heating

T.S Gill Plumbing & Heating is a Peabody-based, privately owned shop founded by Tim Skerritt and Declan Gill, serving North Shore towns including Salem, Danvers, Beverly, Lynn and Marblehead. Declan Gill holds an active Massachusetts plumbing license, verified against the state registry. The company has a 5-star average across 20 Google ratings, with 19 reviews on file since 2025. The standout account is a January 2026 review: after two other plumbers couldn't locate the source of a leak, Tim and Declan traced it to a dishwasher rather than a hidden pipe problem, saving the homeowner from chasing a repair that didn't exist. In a February 2026 review, a customer on the North Shore describes a plumbing and heating issue that exceeded every expectation — the team diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the work before starting. Renovation work shows up too: a 2025 review describes a full kitchen and bathroom renovation completed on budget, and another 2025 review describes a total bathroom renovation with the workspace left neat and organized at the end of each day. Smaller repairs are just as detailed — a corroded kitchen faucet replaced within days of a Friday call (2025), a leaking shower head diagnosed and repaired with the pricing explained up front before any work began (2025), and a water heater replaced the day after the call came in (2025). A recent review notes Declan working across multiple properties for one landlord, coordinating supplies and even calling ahead to remind a customer to winterize outdoor faucets before winter. There's nothing to flag — the last six months brought 8 reviews and zero negative ones, and none turn up anywhere in the 19-review history. For plumbing repairs, a heating issue, or a bathroom renovation on the North Shore, this is a two-person operation reviewers describe as thorough about diagnosis before quoting any work.
