That customer says he put in two long days to get the power restored by Wednesday evening, and that his plan to do overhead wiring saved them from digging up the front lawn. Another account says he arrived on time, cleaned up, and gave a detailed estimate of the cost of the work that was exact. A 2026 customer said Vinh came out within a day after an ice storm tore a fiber optic cable off the house, and found that the electric panel and the wiring coming into the house had major rust and corrosion needing replacement. That 2026 customer said he started the fix within days, coordinated with the utility because a new cable was needed from the pole to the house, and also fixed some bad wiring in the garage. A 2026 customer who hired Vinh to investigate unusually high electricity usage said he checked everything during the diagnostic visit and then installed a monitoring system on the panel quickly and neatly. A 2026 customer said Vinh corrected a previous contractor's mistakes on their circuit panel and made sure everything was done safely.

Vinh Tai really came through for us in an emergency situation! A car had knocked down a pole on our front yard at about 9:00 PM on a Monday night and National Grid informed us the next morning at 5:30 AM that our electricity could not be turned on due to damage to the underground service. I called Tai Electric very early and he was at our home and devising a plan within the hour. He spoke with National Grid, the town of Wilbraham and the electrical inspector on our behalf and was an amazing advocate for us! Vinh put in two LONG days and worked so hard to get our power restored by Wednesday evening. His plan to do overhead wiring saved us from digging up our front lawn, removing bushes, and ruining our brick patio. He really was amazing and remained so patient and diligent throughout the process. I highly recommend Tai Electric and can’t say enough about Vinh’s assistance in this very difficult situation. ,
So glad we found Tai Electric. Vinh Tai is working his way through our punch list of jobs around the house. He works fast and is neat and efficient. I appreciate the advice he gave me for 2 more projects he will be back to work on later.
