TATASON PLUMBING & DRAIN SERVICES

Tatason Plumbing & Drain Services is a small, owner-operated plumbing company where nearly every review names the same technician, James — with a couple of longtime customers calling him Mr. Tata, in keeping with the company's name. Across 85 reviews from 2024 through 2026, the pattern barely varies: same-day or next-day response, a clear explanation of the problem and cost before work starts, and cleanup after the job. Recent reviews show the same range of work — a Sunday-morning drain backup during a wedding weekend, a kitchen sink garbage disposal swap, and a bathtub leak, all handled within the last few weeks. Further back, in a February 2026 review, a customer described James responding quickly to a burst pipe and fixing it the same day at a reasonable price, and in another review from that same month, he cut through a wall to replace 60-year-old pipes feeding a tub that wouldn't drain. In an October 2025 review, one customer used the company for a plumbing inspection during a home purchase. One thing worth noting: Google's own listing for the business shows a 5-star rating built from 0 ratings, even though dozens of individually dated Google reviews for the company are on file — a mismatch worth being aware of, though the reviews themselves read as detailed, individual accounts rather than a block of generic praise. For a plumbing repair, drain clog, or fixture replacement, Tatason has a long, consistent history of quick response and upfront pricing — a good sign for anything from a routine leak to an older home's aging pipes.
