The office is where the trouble shows up. A customer called in April 2025 about invoices that were auto-charged some months and not others, including the same amount billed twice in one month, and said the call with the owner is what earned the one star; another reviewer the same day called the owner very rude. In November 2025 someone left three words: "Awful attitude, awful people." Back in 2022, a customer whose heat was out said a staff member was rude about coordinating with their building superintendent. And in 2023, a household that asked for a tub faucet replacement was told the part was not in stock and they could do it themselves; they tried, destroyed the pipe, and lost the use of the shower. Google's average sits at 3.3 from 47 ratings. On Reddit, a Cambridge homeowner called the crew meticulous and very communicative in 2023. For a full system replacement - furnace, heat pump or central air - this is a long-established Arlington and Waltham shop whose customers describe fast crews and low quotes. Get the payment terms in writing before work starts, ask exactly what auto-billing you are agreeing to, and settle who you call if something needs sorting out mid-job.
