I've worked with Ty on a couple of projects both small (painting, installing a range hood) and large (garage renovation). He's extremely responsive and easy to work with, and his subcontractors do great work. There have been a couple minor issues that required follow up weeks or even months after the projects finished and he's been great about those fixes. I would definitely recommend him and will work with him on future projects.

Ty and his team treated our house like they'd treat their own. Of course, we're happy with how the work turned out, but we also really enjoyed working with them as people. Will call them any time we need work done.

Ty and his associates designed and built a new half-bathroom in the finished basement area of our condo. From our very first phone call, he and his crew provided professional guidance, suggestions and experience that enabled me to move along the entire process with confidence and trust, even while I was still living out-of-town for much of the work. I am especially grateful for his attention to detail, ongoing progress reports, patience with helping me make choices and great sense of humor! The project came in on budget and on time. I would recommend him for any home remodeling work and plan to use his services again in the future.

We recently had new floors installed in the kitchen and a hallway of our condominium unit by Ty and his crew, and we could not be happier with their work! First of all Ty did a wonderful job at walking us through the different floor options to help us figure out what would work best in our space, and he and his team gave us a very clear and realistic timeline and budget for our project.<br>His crew did an amazing job setting up to make sure the work space was neat and didn’t interfere with other spaces in our home. His team installed our new floors while my husband and I were out of the country, and normally you’d think you want to be around to see the work getting done and not be away worrying about what is going on back home. Well they did such a good job at communicating with us (when it was absolutely needed) and giving us updates, that my husband and I were able to completely disconnect with the comfort of knowing that when we got back home the job would be done and it would be done well. In conclusion, if you are doing a project around your home and you need a contractor that is responsible, responsive, intuitive, pays attention to details, is a great communicator and has impeccable taste, Ty is the person you want leading your project!

I had a whole house electrical upgrade and bathroom renovation done at my home. I would highly recommend working with Ty.
